Sherry Chester, a native tall Texan, has a Master of Science Degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M in Commerce and a Master of Arts Degree in Theology from Life Christian University.

Sherry taught English and Special Education prior to becoming a Central Office Administrator for 20+ years.  Sherry comes to Arise after serving as a full-time Children’s Pastor for five years.

While not at work, Sherry enjoys connecting with family, her church community, leading Bible studies and speaking at Women’s Conferences.

Sherry has four grown daughters, four son-in-loves, and nine grandchildren who affectionately call her GiGi. Her hobbies include traveling, interior design, and reading.
