Emilia Perera, MAT, MS, CF-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow

Emilia received her Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education and Master of Arts in Teaching from Louisiana State University. She holds an English as Second Language (ESL) Specialist certification and spent a couple of years working as an elementary teacher with a focus on literacy intervention.

She went on to receive her Master’s of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She enjoys working with children and adults. Her areas of special interest include cleft lip and palate, apraxia, stroke recovery, voice, swallowing disorders, literacy, and speech sound disorders.

Emilia is new to the Middle Tennessee area and enjoys outdoor activities, listening to live music, and spending time with family and friends.
