Quick Tip! Home Carryover Activity: Balloon Toss

Balloon toss is a great activity to help improve hand-eye and bilateral coordination! It is especially great for kids who may get frustrated when playing catch with a regular ball.

When using a balloon, a child has a longer time to react and position their body to catch or hit the balloon. To change it up, you can make a tennis game with rackets or substitute a racket with a spatula!
